What's on the churro and fried Oreo menu
Churros are piped straight into the fryer, cooked until the ridges are crunchy, then tossed in cinnamon sugar while they're still hot. Fried Oreos get dipped in a light batter and fried until puffy and golden, then finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
We serve them in paper boats or sleeves so guests can walk and snack. Dipping sauces are where people get creative, and you can pick the lineup ahead of time.
- Classic cinnamon-sugar churros
- Fried Oreos with powdered sugar
- Chocolate dipping sauce
- Caramel or dulce de leche-style sauce
- Optional strawberry sauce or whipped topping
How the churro catering station runs
Our crew shows up before your guests to set up the fryer, the prep table and the serving counter, and to get the oil up to temperature. Once serving starts, we fry in small batches all event long so nothing gets soggy or cold.
Guests walk up, choose churros, Oreos or both, pick a sauce and go. The smell of cinnamon sugar tends to pull people over on its own, so it's a good station to place where you want guests to gather. When the serving window ends, we let the fryer cool, pack up and clean the area before we leave.
Churro station pricing
The Churros & Fried Oreos station starts from $650 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax. That covers our crew, the fryer and serving setup, all ingredients and sauces, serving boats and napkins, setup and cleanup, and an extra hour of serving can be added.
Have a bigger crowd? Tell us your real guest count and we'll size the batches and the quote to match. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the price for your exact guest count.
Space, power and ventilation
Like any fryer station, churros do best outdoors or in a well-ventilated spot such as a covered patio, garage with the door open, or a venue that allows frying. Plan for roughly a 10-by-10-foot area on level ground with room for a short line.
Depending on the equipment we bring for your event, we may need a standard outdoor outlet nearby. We'll go over power and placement for your exact setup on the quote. For outdoor parties, a tent or covered spot is a good backup in case of rain.
Where churros fit best
Churros are a crowd-pleaser for almost any age. They're a fun dessert at birthday parties, a late-night treat at weddings, and an easy win at school carnivals and fundraisers where you want something that feels like a fair.
Because guests can eat them standing up, they work well at mingling events, open houses and outdoor gatherings where people move around rather than sit.
They also travel well around a room: a warm churro in a paper sleeve is easy to hold while chatting, which is why hosts often place this station near the spot where guests naturally gather after the main meal.
Great pairings
Churros pair naturally with something cold. Many hosts add our soft serve cart so guests can top a cone with a churro piece, or a coffee bar so adults get a latte with their dessert. For a full dessert lineup, put them beside mini donuts or waffle pops.
