Swirled to order, topped your way
Every serving comes straight from the machine, so it's soft, cold and curled high the way soft serve should be. Vanilla and chocolate are the standard pair, and the twist (both flavors in one swirl) is the order we see most. Guests choose a cone or a cup, then head to the toppings on top of the cart.
Toppings typically include rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, crushed cookies, mini chocolate chips and a couple of sauces. If you have a theme color or a favorite candy you want added, mention it on your quote request and we'll tell you what we can do.
- Vanilla, chocolate or twist
- Cones or cups, your guests' pick
- Sprinkles, crushed cookies, chips and sauces

Ice cream cart catering: what the price covers
The soft serve cart starts at $450 for 50 guests. That includes the cart and machine, our attendant serving for two hours, the soft serve mix, cones, cups, spoons, napkins, the toppings, setup and cleanup. Travel within our NY and NJ service area is included and confirmed on your written quote.
Additional guests are $7.50 each, and an extra hour of serving is $150. Because there's no event minimum, the same cart works for a 30-person backyard birthday and a 300-person company day.
Cart or station: which soft serve is right?
We offer soft serve two ways. The cart is the compact choice: it rolls in, needs a small footprint and keeps the treat moving through a crowd. The soft serve station is a fuller tabletop setup that suits a party where dessert is a sit-down moment and you want a bigger toppings spread. Both are priced the same, both come with our crew, and you can compare all our food stations before you decide.
If your guests will be on their feet moving between games, booths or a dance floor, the cart is usually the better fit. If dessert is a planned moment after a meal, the station can be the better showpiece.
Pace, guest counts and timing
Soft serve takes a little longer per guest than slush or popcorn, because each serving is swirled by hand and topped. For a typical party, a two-hour window keeps the line short, with natural rushes right after cake, after a ceremony or at the end of a school period. For larger crowds we'll suggest adding time or a second treat nearby so nobody waits long; your quote lays out the plan for your exact count.
Where the cart goes and what it needs
Plan on a flat, level spot roughly 8 by 6 feet, including room behind the cart for our attendant. Shade or a tent matters more for ice cream than for almost anything else we serve, so if your party is outdoors in July, put the cart under cover if you can.
The machine needs power. In most homes and offices that means a nearby outlet the machine doesn't share with another heavy appliance; we'll confirm what your location needs before the event. We arrive early so the machine is cold and ready before guests line up.
Parties that call for soft serve
It's a natural at birthday parties and graduation parties, where it doubles as the dessert course. Offices book it for summer appreciation days and corporate events because nobody turns down an afternoon cone. For a bigger menu, put it beside our Live Oven Pizza station, or pair it with the slush cart so guests can choose between creamy and icy.
