To maintain the quality of our services and manage our commitments efficiently, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Date Change Policy

  • If you need to change the date of your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request provided that the new date is available. Please notify us as soon as possible to check the availability of your preferred date. Date changes are subject to our confirmation and availability.

• Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your event more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are not eligible for any refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@exclusivedelights.com or through our official communication channels.

• Exclusive Delights' Right to Cancel

  • Exclusive Delights reserves the right to cancel the service for any reason we deem fit. If we exercise this right, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative solution. If we are unable to provide the service due to the above reason, a refund will be provided.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • If Exclusive Delights is unable to service the event for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety of our staff or machines, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and these reasons are not due to any fault of Exclusive Delights, we will not provide any refund. We will, however, work with you to find an alternative solution where possible.

• Legally Binding Agreement

  • By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Exclusive Delights.

We are excited to be a part of your event and look forward to providing exceptional service through our food and concession stations. Please review the following event details to ensure a smooth and successful setup:

• Setup Locations

  • Our stations can be set up both indoors and outdoors. Please inform us if event is to be in a outdoor location in advance, as some stations may require additional time for setup.

• Setup and Duration

  • Our staff will arrive at the event location approximately one hour before the start of the event for setup.
  • Our staff will remain on-site for the duration of the event, up to a maximum of 3 1/2 hours of service, not including setup and teardown time.

• Equipment and Supplies

  • Exclusive Delights will provide tables and tablecloths for the staion if needed. Please let us know in advance if you require these items.
  • We require access to a 3500-watt electrical outlet near the station setup location.
  • Our team will bring a 50-foot extension cord to use if needed.

• Arrival and Setup Instructions

  • Upon our staff's arrival, please direct them to the setup location and show them where to plug in the machines.
  • Ensure that the station location is clean and safe for setup.

• Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor events, please inform us ahead of time as additional setup time may be required.
  • If there is rain or snow in the forecast, please have an alternate indoor location or a tent ready to ensure the station can be set up without any issues.
